Balsamic Vinaigrette

Here’s a simple paleo-friendly balsamic vinaigrette recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (ensure it’s paleo-compliant, no sugar or additives)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
