Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner:

  • 3-4 oz ground turkey, sautéed zucchini, spinach and mushrooms cooked in olive oil or avocado oil, season lightly with herbs or turmeric, for sauce could do a simple coconut aminos, or tomato sauce
  • Same thing, but either substitute turkey for eggs or just add eggs in addition
  • canned salmon or sardines, paired with sautéed spinach, zucchini, mushroom
